Valentine’s Day Events

Wow, we are beyond thankful for the response we have gotten over our pop up shops leading up to Valentine’s day. We are excited to finish it strong with two great events on Valentine’s Day. In addition to our single origin chocolate bars we will have the Valentine’s day truffle collection available as well as the debut of our new chocolate covered candied almonds made with just three ingredients; Ecuadorian cocoa beans, Florida cane sugar, and California almonds. These are addicting, and in a limited supply, because well they are addicting.

 

A Yellow Hammer Creative + Match Chocolate Valentine’s Day

Wednesday, February 14th 11am – 3 pm
Pizitz Food Hall 1821 2nd Ave N Suite 108, Birmingham

For those last minute shoppers scrambling on their lunch break or the lunch date type grabbing a bite with their galentines we will be at the Yellow Hammer Creative Print Shop at the Pizitz food hall from 11 to 3pm. Be sure to stop by to grab a single truffle to pop in your mouth on the way out or a pre-packaged gift bag to take home.

 

Match Chocolate Valentine’s Day Party with Trim Tab Brewery

Wednesday, February 14th 5 to 9 pm
2721 5th Ave S, Birmingham

To cap off the Valentine’s season, this Match maker will be ending the evening at Trim Tab Brewery. Trim Tab and Match have collaborated on a beer and chocolate flight full of great matches. Grab some dinner at Paradise Chow and dance the night away with bossa nova music. Sneak preview of the menu below.

We have lots of exciting things coming up for the Valentine’s Day season. Take a look at the events below and plan on a date night or shopping spree to get some chocolate for that special someone, even if it’s you!

All of our Valentine’s Day chocolates are made bean to bar, right here in Birmingham, Alabama using simple wholesome ingredients. In addition to our variety of single origins chocolate bars we will be debuting many new chocolate covered treats and truffles throughout the month. Check Instagram for details of each release, and if you need event reminders be sure to add each event on Facebook.

Revelator Downtown Pop up

Saturday, February 3rd 10 am – 4 pm
1826 3rd Ave N Unit 101, Birmingham

Grab your favorite pour over or coffee drink and sample our single origin chocolates made right here in Birmingham with cocoa beans from all over the world. If you have never experienced single origin chocolates side by side this is the time. Get a single origin pour over to go with it and this could be magic! Match Chocolate will have Valentine’s truffle boxes and gift bags available for sale as well as bars.

 

Wine and Chocolate Tasting and Match Pop-up at Hop City

Friday, February 9th 5 – 7 pm
2924 3rd Ave S, Birmingham

Match Chocolate is collaborating with Wines by Rush for a free wine and chocolate tasting at Hop City! In addition to the tasting Match will be having a chocolate pop up shop featuring signature single origin chocolate bars, Valentine’s day gift bags and truffles. Find your perfect wine and chocolate match and then buy everything you really need for a great Valentine’s date all in one place.

 

Revelator Mountain Brook Pop up

Saturday, February 10th 10 am – 4 pm

Just like at the downtown location, come try out some of our single origin chocolate while you grab a cup of coffee and get some Valentine’s day shopping, or anytime-chocolate shopping done too!

In need of a last minute Valentine’s Day gift? Take your lunch hour at the Pizitz and swing by the Yellow Hammer Creative shop to grab a gift for your hunny. We will have a variety of chocolate available as well as some curated grab and go gift bags. There may even be a tasting.
